GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Sales are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and by the procedures set out in the individual sections, which are to be considered an integral and essential part of the sales contract. Before submitting an order, the Customer is invited to read the terms of sale and the information they contain carefully, and to print them or save them on another durable medium accessible to them.
Any changes or new terms of sale will take effect from the moment they are published on the site and will apply only to sales concluded after publication.
Submission of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale in force at that time.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The order sent by the Customer to La Bottega di Ado’ Srl via the Internet must be complete in every part and must contain the details needed to identify the Customer and the products ordered, as well as the delivery address; otherwise it will not be valid.
La Bottega di Ado’ Srl will send the Customer an order confirmation by e-mail, containing information on the goods purchased and a detailed breakdown of the price, means of payment, delivery costs and taxes.
At that moment the contract is concluded.
Product characteristics and availability
In particular circumstances, La Bottega di Ado’ Srl may not be able to guarantee the availability of all the products offered and therefore cannot be held responsible for the temporary unavailability of one or more products.
Without prejudice to the provisions below (Right of withdrawal), submission of the order by the Customer also applies to any partial delivery, limited to the available products among those ordered. La Bottega di Ado’ Srl also undertakes, as required by law, to inform the Customer promptly if an ordered product is unavailable.
Prices and payment terms
The prices of the products shown in the various sections of this site include VAT. Delivery is free for orders over €99 in Italy (islands excluded), over €49 in the local area (Massa, Carrara, Montignoso and Versilia) and over €149 for Sicily and Sardinia; otherwise the shipping costs will be added automatically. The total amount of the order will be visible before you confirm the purchase.
The prices applied are those shown on the site at the time the Customer places the order, regardless of any later price increases or decreases, including those due to promotions. The prices of individual products are subject to change, and therefore the prices shown on the site from time to time cancel and replace those previously shown.
Tax documents will be issued at the time of delivery and will be expressed in euros.
Warranties and liability
La Bottega di Ado’ srl, within the limits of availability set out above, guarantees that the products delivered will be the same as those shown and described on the site. The images on the site are provided to help the Customer recognise the products; because of changes in packaging, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered.
Disputes and applicable law
Civil disputes concerning the application, performance and interpretation of the distance sales contract are subject to Italian jurisdiction. Under the law, in the event of a dispute the Customer may bring proceedings either before the court of the state and place where they are domiciled or (at their choice) before the court of the state and place where the seller is based; the seller, on the other hand, may only bring proceedings before the court of the state and place where the consumer is domiciled.

La Bottega di Ado’ Srl delivers the product(s) ordered by the Customer under the conditions expressly set out in this section.
La Bottega di Ado’ Srl has arranged for orders to be dispatched, by handing the parcel to the courier, within 48 hours for all products purchased with orders received by 12.00 noon. Orders received after 12.00 noon are processed the following day.
Shipments are made from Monday to Thursday. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

Free delivery in Italy: for orders over €99 (€49 in the local area of Massa, Carrara, Montignoso and Versilia; €149 for Sicily and Sardinia), delivery charges will automatically be removed. You don't need to do anything; it's all automatic. Otherwise, shipping costs will be charged and calculated automatically based on the destination area.

Our Delivery to the customer, barring unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of La Bottega di Ado’ Srl, will take place approximately within 24/48 hours of dispatch for the whole of Italy, excluding Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria and the smaller islands, for which delivery is expected within 48/72 hours.
For deliveries, La Bottega di Ado’ Srl uses the courier GLS.
The total amount of the order will be visible before you confirm the purchase.
All goods travel at our risk. In the event of damage, we ask the Customer to report it to our Customer Service at the e-mail address servizioclienti@labottegadiado.com, within 2 working days of receipt, and to keep all packaging, the products delivered and the related invoices, so that the damage can be checked and the claim procedure started; the Customer will be contacted by one of our staff.
In the event of damage caused during transport, we will send the Customer an intact product corresponding to the damaged one within 30 days of the report, once the Customer has returned the damaged product to the following address: Via Nerino Garbuio snc, 54038 Montignoso (MS). The shipping costs will be paid in advance by the Customer and refunded by bank transfer within the same 30 days of the report.

CUSTOMER GUARANTEES
Legal guarantee of conformity
All products for sale are covered by a guarantee against any defect or fault in the product itself, to be reported by registered letter to La Bottega di Ado’ Srl within 60 days of delivery.
La Bottega di Ado’ Srl will take care to replace the product at its own expense or, if it is not available, to refund the customer the amount paid.
Deliveries are made ONLY within ITALIAN TERRITORY.

Unless the purchase concerns products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, minus the cost of returning the goods, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Please send back the goods or hand them over to us, at the address above, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
