Pici pasta 500 g – Antico Pastificio Morelli

Description

A typical Tuscan pasta shape, handmade, bronze-drawn and produced with Italian durum wheat semolina, dried at low temperature.
Ideal for pre-cooking: they don't stick together or overcook, even when dressed and kept warm for several hours.
The dry, relatively short 2.5 mm strand makes them easy to use for banquets and catering.
For best results, cook in plenty of boiling water and do not stir for the first 12 minutes, to avoid breaking the strands. Total cooking time is 22 minutes.
