Description

A pure pork sausage, made by mincing and stuffing selected lean shoulder meat and pancetta with freshly ground spices; only natural casings are used. Soft and velvety in texture, pink in colour, with a delicate, finely spiced aroma and an elegant, sweet, moderately savoury taste. It comes tied in the typical shape of luganega sausage.
