Description

A pure pork sausage made from a mixture of lean meat, fat and pork rind, with salt, pepper and other spices; only natural casings are used. Soft and gelatinous in texture, pink tending to light brown in colour, with a delicate aroma finely spiced to an old Tuscan recipe and a soft, rich, delicate taste. The product comes in a natural casing, average weight 0.500 kg.

TIPS:
Place the product in cold water. Once the water comes to the boil, cook for 2 hours.
