Description

A pure pork product made by cooking, coarsely chopping and stuffing meat from the head, selected lean meat, pork tongue and fatty parts of the jowl; synthetic casings closed with clips at each end are used. Firm in texture, pink in colour, with a delicate, finely spiced aroma and a slightly sweet, moderately savoury taste.
