Description

A pure pork salame, made by mincing and stuffing selected lean meat and back fat, with the addition of pieces of pancetta and jowl, aged for a minimum of 20 days; only natural beef casings are used. Firm when sliced, with a delicate, finely spiced aroma and an elegant, sweet, moderately savoury taste.
