Artisan giardiniera of mixed vegetables in sweet and sour. Peppers, carrots, celery, onions, cauliflower and green beans come together in an explosion of fresh, wholesome flavour, preserved in vacuum-sealed glass jars.

From Cascina Pizzavacca, a typical local preparation. Vegetables cut by hand, cooked and preserved using a special process handed down through the generations. The giardiniera keeps for many months in its own sweet and sour liquid, which gives it a unique taste.

Pair it with charcuterie and cheese, but it's also perfect on its own.
