Description

A pure pork salame, made by mincing and stuffing selected lean meat and back fat, with the addition of pieces of pancetta and jowl; aged for a minimum of 45 days; only natural beef casings are used (BUDELLO GENTILE). Firm when sliced, with a delicate, finely spiced aroma and an elegant, sweet, moderately savoury taste.
